Offensive and stupid. Far from treason, unless it's followed by a call to name Obama ruler for life with ultimate power.

But, in reality, I expect offensive and stupid from Obama's most extreme followers, so this isn't surprising at all.

Just as I expect his most extreme detractors to now call for the shooting of the flag defacers at dawn without the possibility of even a final smoke or blindfold.

It is against the rules of conduct with our US Flag. That is all I am going to say.

wait, where did the pic in OP come from? I don't think the paintings he is selling are against the code of conduct. That flag in the OP is without a doubt.

I don't really take issue with this one. The real flag is a defacement in my view. It makes me feel like I am in North Korea or something.
