My goodness you are one particularly disgusting breed of hypocrite. You know that if ALL Americans vote, your party doesn't stand a chance...so you actively fight to suppress the vote of many in the name of eliminating a threat that doesn't exist...THEN you try to turn around and use a statement about the majority of Americans as support for your discrimination.

Guess what even mainstream Democrats don't photo ID is a unreasonable requirement. You elitists who think you can't without giving the right to vote to everyone regardless of legality. Your fringe voters can cast provisional ballots. It would be nice if you Dems cared as much about disenfranchised veteran voters serving overseas with legal photo ID.

Unlike the ALEC/GOTP voter-suppressionists, I have no heartburn with getting the military and overseas voters their ballots in time, and making sure their votes count. (Particularly now that it appears that more and more of the military vote is leaning toward the Dems...but even if they weren't, I want EVERY VOTE COUNTED...Not just the ones that push one party's agenda.)

Too bad the Righties don't feel the same way. They know they are selling crap, so they try to suppress as many votes as they can that WON'T VOTE for their crap.

A majority of the voting public thought slavery was okay; that "separate but equal" was okay for education; that misogyny/mixed-race marriage was NOT okay.

No accounting for bigots, and voter-suppression Neanderthals, is there? I guess it's about time that the GOTP figure out that you don't get to put other people's RIGHTS to a popular vote.
