Funny, because the reason the business owner was saying it was that his business was bad because President Obama was there and blocking his stand from making any sales since he arrived. He wasn't making a political statement. But that doesn't really matter to you though. And you try to paint someone else as dishonest...

If that is so why was Obama offended by the remark? Shouldn't a man who is sympathetic to small business owners indicate that he was sorry for the inconvenience instead? Perhaps make a token purchase in an attempt to compensate the business owner for his loss? How much extra effort would it have taken to apologize and wish the business owner better luck in the future?
