Reagan would be appalled at where the GOP is today. Remember the Reagan Democrats? He tried to broaden the base of the party....make it inclusive and welcoming to those who might have differing opinions. Now it is follow the party line or get out. If you are a republican running for office, do as the party instructs or you will be primaried out of office. Hell, they even turned ol' moderate Mitt into a sniveling conservative, afraid to hold to his personal values for fear of GOP retribution. So you get a candidate who can't even keep straight what he is supposed to be believing at any given point in time.

Reagan would be appalled at the state of our country right now.
