I know I would want a heads up re policy that could affect my company or career. Sure seems to me the wind turbine companies are threatening layoffs if the wind tax credit expires, and the employees should be informed.

Fred: I think it should be constitutionally challenged, the language is too broad a restriction on free speech IMO.
