Although Republicans were more likely than Democrats to express racial prejudice in the questions measuring explicit racism (79 percent among Republicans compared with 32 percent among Democrats), the implicit test found little difference between the two parties.
That test showed a majority of both Democrats and Republicans held anti-black feelings (55 percent of Democrats and 64 percent of Republicans), as did about half of political independents (49 percent).
Zactly what is stated. I grew up in the south racism is not at all what the rest of the US thinks it is. There are those that take it to extremes but because of the ratio of black and white most never really notice any difference except the rest of America.
There is more racism in the North than the south.

I don't see racism here in Park County either. Been here 18 years and have never seen one bit of racism.
Maybe I have just been lucky but I don't think so.
edited to add......I have seen racism here on this board though. I am unclear if it is real or just a smart mouth and small brain.
