You'd be dead in a week and your wife would be getting screwed by the local warlords..

We were cavemen once you know- It wasnt so great, I prefer a civilised society. The law of the jungle wouldnt be so good for weaklings and dummies like you...I think i'd do ok though

You confuse a civilized society with a co-dependent society.

Really, is that what we got now? ..Everyone I know works for a living? Where is this society of slackers youre always crying about? Go down to 5 points- everyone works, they just work for nothing

BearMtn is describing a 3rd world county...Everyman for himself and if youre not one of the dozen guys with money, you got nothing...You don't have to go far to see what you argue for, Africa, South America...etc etc

No- your wrong. There will be plenty of women available to the warlords who are easy picking. They won't be after those who hang out with me... they will be snatching up all the women who hang out with "liberal girly men" first. All those anti-gun "progressives" who think the government will save them.

Why fight through a storm of lead- when there are easy targets? The collectivists will be the first to go- no shortage of them.

It is hard to tell if the rural areas are doing a better job dealing with the storm, or the people are just better prepared and more used to being without, or they just get less press.

But I am guessing if Shawnee had a 2 week power outage they would handle it much better than the typical urban resident.

People in rural areas are never the story- it's all the helpless city folks who get the media attention.

With the hurricanes that hit Texas and Louisiana, hardly a word from the rural folks- because they pick up- and fix things themselves, while the city folks whine for years and years. Had a friend I worked with who lived in Orange TX- he said that people there didn't ask for help- they just rebuilt it quietly by themselves.
