It's a viable option, I'll have to wait until the cities and counties go broke and have no more police, shouldn't be long. Heck once that happens you won't need a dedicated practice facility, it will be real time training with live targets on the way in and out and everywhere you go while in town. As an added bonus the zombies will likely be attracted to the sounds of the shooting because they associate brains with that sound. Better stock up on guns, ammo, pre-ban high capacity clips, more guns, religion, and head for the hills!
