lol This is a democratic argument..When America revolted against the Viet Nam war the powers that be decided that "we the people" had too much education, too much money, and too much time on our hands...And its been a war on the middle class ever since- It started with Reagan
He is describing leaders, esp. our Democrats, they all seem to fall into this category, because #1 is staying the leader, even if they want to do good, they cant do it without keeping staying the leader as #1.
