Because Filing a Complaint Is, Like, Soooo Much Trouble

COPS: Texas couple fatally shot in argument over dog feces

The downstairs neighbor (and I use that term in its geographic, not traditional, meaning) shot the upstairs neighbor because they left dogdump outside his door. So he shoots the woman and then goes upstairs and shoots the man – who is trying to jump off the balcony to escape. Then he stands over the man and shoots him a couple more times for good measure. Then he drives off in his Lexus.

Luckily, the one month old baby upstairs in the apartment was unhurt.

There is no word on whether or not the dog was injured.

Because Filing a Complaint Is, Like, Soooo Much Trouble...Another "anecdotal tragedy", I guess....

Unless he shot them with an evil black assault rifle, none of your potential solutions proposed so far would have helped this one bit.

Unless you've gone fill-blown lonney and are now calling for a complete ban and confiscation of all firearms.

Unfortunately, there's no stopping people who are rude and inconsiderate of neighbors and which neither party can't deal with conflict in a mature, effective, compromising manner. Letting your dog do his business on your deck, which is over the door of your neighbor, or shoveling it off onto his doorway (because you have issues with him and want to be a child about it?), and complaining to the building management about your noisy neighbors and their nasty dog, but not calling the cops and instead shooting your neighbors dead just means we as a society are all losers. Taking guns away won't fix stupid, immature a-holes (no matter whether they are 75 or 31 years old).

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

LJ has no intentions of discusssing real solutions that will actually work, she's only interested in cherry picking murders by people who she can lump into one big basket (as long as they "look" more connservative than liberal).

Now I'll wait for one of her buddies to respond for her.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Boy, those "anecdotal tragedies", (and the apologists who deflect them...over and over and over again), just keep mounting up, don't they?

Not really. Despite American population, guns and concealed carry permits being at record highs, deaths by firearms continue to fall. (except in anti-gun Dem majority enclaves like Chicago.)

Anyone who would run out to buy an assault rifle after the Newtown massacre has very little left in their body or soul worth protecting. ;^\ — Jim Carrey (@JimCarrey) February 2, 2013

Gee, I didn't know I needed to add: "--if they had one" to someone else's quote in order for you to understand it....

Shall I feed you your pablum for breakfast too?
