The four Republican senators voting in favor were Thad Cochran (Miss.), Mike Johanns (Neb.), Richard C. Shelby (Ala.) and Rand Paul (Ky.). It's nice to see that at least three Republicans and one teabagger didn't march off the cliff with the other lemmings.
It's also nice to see that Sheldon Adelson just threw a few more $million down the drain running ads to fight it, after the couple of hundred million he blew in the presidential primaries and general races. Hearing that another 1%'er wasted more millions of his money fighting a losing battle is always music to my ears.
