Good news...

The Labor Department said Friday that the unemployment rate dipped to 7.6 percent, the lowest in four years, from 7.7 percent.

Reluctantly I have to admit that the Obama administration must be doing something right.

Many feel it doesn't add up........

http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2013/04/05/march-jobs-economy-analysis/2052607/

The news that unemployment fell to 7.6% of all workers in March, but the economy added only 88,000 workers, is a sign above all that data is more art than science.

Some economists are also approaching Friday's report with skepticism. "Nothing smells right," UBS economist Drew Matus said.

I gave up posting on here a very long time ago as you have some of the most uneducated posters on the planet!

EVERYONE except Obama is saying that this is a TERRIBLE REPORT! They were expecting 250,000 new jobs and over 180,000 jobs on the LOW end. Instead we only got 88,000. We need over 150,000 jobs per month just to keep up with those entering the job market. So we went BACKWARDS again this month. And over 663,000 Americans dropped out of the work force in March. We now have almost 90 MILLION Americans NOT in the labor force anymore. The most since 1979 under Carter! And more than 9 MILLION Americans have given up looking for a job since Obama became President. If you add those people in and use the same number under President Bush, the ACTUAL Unemployment rate is 11.4%!

Whoever calls this a GOOD report needs to buy a clue! And anyone who believes that we are at 7.6% unemployment needs to check themselves into rehab!

http://cnsnews.com/news/article/record- ... -out-march

The black line is going down because people are dropping out of the work force and not being counted as unemployed anymore. Look at the RED line. It shows the ACTUAL unemployment rate without the Skewed numbers of those who totally gave up under Obama and just decided to let the Government take care of them. Under President Bush the average 'actual' unemployment rate was under 6% almost the entire 8 years. Under President Obama the 'actual' unemployment rate has been over 11% for the last 4 years now!

You know what, f*** you Viking. So not cool to pop in just to insult everyone, when you've told me personally that you have nothing against me and support this business and hope it succeeds. Do you forget how grateful you were when this site started after how you'd been BANNED by PC? This site is more than just politics, it's a place that's meant for everyone, whether you agree with them or not, and has forums for every topic under the sun if politics is too contentious or not your thing. Scamper back to FB where all your friends will just agree with you and support your isolated world view, since you obviously can't handle someone challenging you.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

Holy Moly... Viking needs to have his "sarcasm" module checked for malfunction. Viking... if you couldn't tell that my post and correspondent replies were sarcasm, I would suggest that you take advantage of our new Colorado pot laws... and chill out.

Funny how some prominent posters spew insults on a regular basis and it's not a problem, while others get chastized for the same actions.

I helped start this site so get off your high horse. And 'challenge' me? ROFLMAO!! That is like a 1st grader challenging a college student to a spelling contest. And FB where everyone will just agrees with me? There are more people over there who attack me with educated posts than they ever did here. I am not going after your site. You have done a great job with the site. Just have been watching some of your uneducated posters who believe everything they are told and it is embarassing to watch. You need a valium.

And saying that you have some of the most uneducated posters is not insulting EVERYONE!

Oh and very professional starting out with the F*** you comment.
