Hmmmm... "if the intent" + "constructing anti-personnel bombs intended for a non-commissioned officer" / "the difference with Ayers and the Boston bomber, is that Ayers did not kill or maim anyone or take substantive steps to do so." = TERRORISM
Just because Ayers wasn't very good at killing and maiming... Dog... I think you just stepped in it?

Come on man, nail bombs are designed to break windows and do property damage, they were never meant to kill anybody.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
"The media coverage of Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has one theme and one tack. Like 30 of the 31 men on the FBI's Most Wanted Terrorists list, they were terrorists who just happened to be Muslim.
While the New York Times dispatched its best and brightest lackeys to Boston to write sensitive
pieces on how hard it was for the two Tsarnaevs to fit in leaving them no choice but to bomb the Boston Marathon and then send LOL texts to their friends, it fell to a UK tabloid like The Sun to conduct an interview with the ex-girlfriend of the lead terrorist and learn that he wanted her to hate America and beat her because she wouldn't wear a Hijab.".............
Back to Bill Ayers. In his own autbiography, he wishes they had been able to do more bombings. Doesn't sound like a repentent man to me. Sounds like he is still too dangerous to be on the loose.

Yeah, that "never convicted of anything"; "never killed anyone" thing; "still being against the illegal and immoral Viet Nam War" thing; and "being 45-years older" thing really makes him a danger to society.

Sounds like a massive failure by our justice system that he was never convicted for anything.

Yet there was no evidence of Ayers "constructing anit-personnel bombs intended for a non-commissioned officer", was there? No arrests made were there? No convictions were there? No, just reliance on a "wiki entry" which does not even state that Ayers participated in the construction of any such bombs. Yep, you really stepped in it.
