As opposed to conservative logic 101, if you can't defend your party or your position simply blame a liberal for doing it too.

Back on topic, Archer, do you think it was ethical for Holder to approve the wiretapping of a Fox reporter and his parents? And then committing perjury in front of Congress by denying he had approved it?

And do you think his usefullness to Obama has ended and he needs to fall on his sword and resign to "spend more time with his family"?

I think what the DOJ, Holder, and anyone else involved did was legal...... ethical? I don't know, depends on how serious a matter of national security the leaks and publication of them were.....that will come out, I'm sure. I don't believe the press should have carte blanche to reveal classified information to the public if it can harm this nation, even if it was leaked to them. I also believe that those who leak such information should be charged and punished.

If Holder perjured himself, then he should be removed, but history tells us that many, many, cases of apparent perjury by government officials go unpunished, often because those investigating such acts get carried away and harm their case by being overzealous, or it gets lost in a lot of counter accusations and the party doing the accusing find themselves in hot water, or the apparent perjury turns out to be not perjury but a national security issue......if the Republicans couldn't get Clinton on perjury, I'm not so sure they will nail Holder. I'm not a fan of Eric Holder....but then the last Atty General I was a fan of was Kennedy.

US AG is a pretty thankless job, and if Eric would have been smart, he would have ejected earlier, I can't even remember the last AG who didn't get in some sort of trouble.
Clinton and perjury? Congress let him off the hook, but he did lose his Arkansas law license.

technically he was suspended for 5 years. and is eligible to practice law again in Arkansas if he wants to. Like he really needs a real job? His next job will be "First Husband".

I actually think it will be harder for Hillary to win the nomination than win the general election. There are a bunch of Dems who plan to take her on, especially Gov. Cuomo.

yet another lie by a conservative. Holder did not deny that he approved the subpoena. Holder did not commit perjury. Glad you keep reinforcing the study that is the topic of another thread.

CBS News and the Republicans are calling it possible perjury. They think it is worthwhile enough to investigate, but I guess if Dog says it isn't perjury, it must not be. And where did you get your law degree from?

It is not perjury, plus your statement was a lie. Holder never made a statement that Rosen was not being investigated. CBS did not allege that Holder committed perjury, that is yet another lie. CBS reported that the Republicans were pushing an investigation into potential perjury. Since it is well known that Republicans lie, obviously there is no truth to the matter.
