I've been layed up with some new crap for the last few weeks and feel like I left here on a bad note so I was happy to stay away. But now I somehow miss you all again... in a frustrating sort of way. I believe I'm addicted to moments of anger and frustration. :VeryScared:
Anyway, I propose the beginning of the longest thread..............
GOVERNMENT WASTE
A liberal points out some unecessary waste at any level of government and a conservative(s) either defends it, or it's an unspoken acknowledgement that the waste is certainly evident. Some waste may be universally agreed on, but I doubt there will be many... and no waste is too big or too small, you just may need to defend your point.
And a conservative blah blah blah ...same thing plus any other ideology
Waste can be anything taxpayers pay for... anything
And please just try to stay on topic for each example so the thread doesn't get too cluttered with sidebar waste.
I don't see a need for attacking each other here, but if that helps to strengthen your point, to each his/her own. I'm doing my best to be in a zen state these days so my shield is currently bulletproof.
And finally... these are all just suggestions, I do not demand your obedience but I do hope you participate:wave:
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
RICK! We missed you too.....it's ALWAYS beneficial to "break away" for a bit.....things to do, people to see, summer is here after all.
OK, I don't have any thing else to post, cause the WHOLE of our government is "wasted" and needs to be seriously "wacked"....too
bad we can't hire "Tony Soprano" to do the job.....(good bye James Gaodofini,it was a GOOD ride)
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Nice of you to say H A... and I agree with your Gandolfini comment, great actor, great loss.
I just think all Americans who are tightening their belts these days (on all sides) should be aware of unnecessary spending of their tax dollars. But as usual, this waste is usually out of our sight so it's never going to stop.
