Seemed like folks were not saying much provocative stuff here so I checked back on 285bound again for the first time in a few weeks and it seems like people are posting there more than right after the hoopla. Seems like both boards are active with the same players.
Just curious if they are both here for the time being and why the same people are having conversations with each other in two places. I don't mind, I am just curious who uses which board for which purpose?
If you look at the current 285 Bound as simply another public venue to help spread your "message" than I suspect that any (and many) on line forums will suit you.
If you see My Mountain Town as a home and the folks on it like speaking across the backyard fence then you'll probably confine your roots to here... or one place or another.
It's sort of the difference of always meeting at a different Starbucks versus yelling out your front door. It may appear to be the same to you, but it's really not.
