As for good points of ACA until it defaults and becomes untenable you can pay the $95 and wait until you actually need the ACA and then sign up, which is what many young people will probably do.
Another good point is that if you are 66 or older it doesn't apply. That's really a very good point of ACA.

That way we all keep our freedom of choice and we don't have to swallow a 10' stack of new regulations.
