Who cares!?- If you were bullied in school, get over it- Kids naturally create a pecking order and if you're still upset about being on the bottom of it, take it out on the guy that bullied you, not the weakest amongsts us..The elderely, the sick and the poor.

I think people are concerned about kids getting hurt or beat up.

Then they made programs to address it which made it worse.

I think people are now suggesting that since the programs made it worse, they would stop.

But others don't want to stop them because they are called anitbullying programs, so obviously it is better to have something with that name vs. not having it, regardless of the actual effect.

I think some people agree with you, but don't just want to leave it as it is, they want to go back to kids and parents working it out, in stead of some state program that can increase the odds of their kid getting hurt.

This is an issue for the jr high student council to take up...not grown adults. You want to toughen up your wimpy kids? Don't get involved or upset over your kids school yard skirmishes - I'd think my dad was a wimp if my childhood squabbles upset him.. Kids don't listen to what you say, they watch how you act and you'd have to be some kind of pansy to call another parent and ask them to make it stop...

How embarassing

They watch how you act? Yes they do, and it is frightening, that your wife had 5 of them. +1 They have certainly gotten an eyeful. Someone save us. It is called parenting. I dont buy into the philosophy that it "takes a village" to raise a kid. It takes parents, they will make mistakes, and teach their children well. or. not.

Best thing you can do is STFU. Your nothing but an idiot. You are the weakest amoung us. There is no place for bullying anywhere especially in schools. Everyone has the right to an education free from being hassled, threatened, and being bullied. This happened to my daughter at Platte Canyon High and I put a stop to it. 4 on 1, where I come from we call them cowards. I paid a personal visit to the principal gave him a choice to take care of the problem or I would. Told him my way involved the sheriff, the parents etc. I was not going to tolerate my daughter being bullied everytime she comes to school. Problem stopped

She is what she is Navy...I'm sure she has some great qualities but social skills are not one of them...Go figure?

Since you do not even know my daughter, best thing you can do is shut the hell up, My daughter turned out pretty damn good. You on the other hand are nothing more than a POS.

Hey doug, can we use your plan and let the poor folks or the sick folks form councils and solve their problems without the help of those that are more capable.

We as a society forced those kids into that building and then put poorly trained staff in charge of them. We also then demanded so much from our govt that both parents have to work and it is still not enough for everyone to have an iphone. I think that asking them to work it out is cute, but why don;t you apply that philosophy to adults, who you seem to want to have a invasive program for every aspect of their lives. Why do you only seem to respect kids' abilities to get back on their feet and not adults?

Are you suggesting that children could do a better job of solving our societal problems than the idiots the idiots elected.....when then you just may be right. I still suggest having less idiots to create problems will result in less problems to solve and we wont even need the children to save us with their higher level of organization and coordination you seem to respect.

You guys need to get over your childhood traumas...and

Move on

You are what you are-kids can smell weakness and there's no pretense with kids, if youre a wimp youre gonna take some beatings and if ya don't like it, start lifting weights and take up karate, but don't whine about it here..25 years later. And don't hate all people and start bully'ing the only people you can, the poor, sick and elderly like you Republicans do...
