That may not have been the original plan, but my sense is the solution will be worse than the problem, so you are likely right to some extent.
Now that people have accepted the money grab, it will not be given up, only reallocated for all of time....and increased as, I mean when need. You can call the program whatever you want, I call it not your money anymore. Health care and work product optional.
