Central African Republic - Muslims murder 1,000 Christians

This is a trend I am seeing in the world right now, and it has me concerned.

At least 1,000 people were killed in Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, in just two days of violence earlier this month, according to Amnesty International. The figure is significantly higher than an earlier UN estimate.
Seleka, a Muslim-militia outfit, ousted Christian President Francois Bozize in March and installed their leader Michel Djotodia as the country's interim president.

This sparked a sectarian conflict as Anti-Balaka, the Christian militias loyal to Bozize, raided Muslim neighbourhoods and killed about 60 Muslim men.

Following this, Seleka's men unleashed retaliatory attacks, killing 1,000 people in Bangui.

Even though I don't know any clergy or brethren in the Central African Republic, I still feel a closeness to these unfortunate kindred spirits.

I just hope that the Christians didn't do anything to antagonize the Muslims?

Does breathing count?

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I'm not sure brother? There was that inquisition thing a while back. And pope Francis (Son of Satan) has been stirring up some Christians with his demonic liberation theology pap.

I am a Christadelphian and we abhor violence in any form, but at the same time we are pacifists and I think that these Christians responded correctly in not resisting the onslaught.

If you are interested, you can find more information on this subject in our magazine "The Christadelphian Tidings of the Kingdom of God." You can read it online at the link below or request a free copy.

Ah...Hey guys? Depending on who you believe I think we just got done murdering between 400,000 to a 1,400,00 Iraq'is for no good reason whatsoever...

So maybe we should'nt be pointing fingers on this issue?

Your comment is fallacious reasoning. Trying to divert my original premise by bringing up a unrelated topic is begging the issue.

The violence and deaths that took place in Iraq has nothing to do with this massacre that took place in the Central African Republic.

I would be interested in your opinions about the murdered Christians.

Turn the other cheek?

"Domestically, our opponents are now Fabian Socialists. On Foreign Affairs, they are controlled by the "Chomsky" left, who believe that America is evil. The truth of that was demonstrated by how easily they slid from siding with the Soviets to siding with Islam. An enemy of ours is a friend of theirs. "

They probably deserved it...My point was why should we care about 1000's when 100's of thousands have been killed

Because the subject is the Christians in the Central African Republic, not about Iraq. I would assume (maybe wrongly) that you're fully aware of the subject and your faulty logic is a coherent attempt to change the subject.

But since you did respond weakly by saying "They probably deserved it," I would be interested in your insightful reasons why they deserved to be slaughtered?

I'm sure that you have that information and can elaborate on your statement, right?

The subject isn't the location of the murders, it's the murders themselves-
