So do you continue to believe that "CUPP is a mainstream conservative and REPUBLICAN ALSO."

I continue to believe that CUPP called it........for those who do not understand the term ghosting...the above explains. The R'S are gutless and CUPP capsulized quite accurately.

HA, Cupp is entitled to her opinion as you are you.
My point is that Cupp is not a conservative republican in the eyes of those who consider themselves conservative republicans. To put it more simply, she is not a supporter of the current Trump/Republican administration.

Years ago I used to watch Cupp a lot. I liked her perspective, an atheist who admired religious people. A refreshing view you don't normally find. Years ago, she was more a libertarian. So maybe her views have changed. Maybe she considers herself more of a Never Trumper conservative now.

But lets go back to the racist accusations by the thread originator. Do you believe Republicans are naturally racist and their main goal is to keep Caucasians on top? Or do you believe they know the best way to keep themselves in power is to stop minorities from voting and immigrating to America? Right now about 90% of African-Americans vote for Democrats. Political strategists think one reason Hillary lost is that Blacks didn't show up to the polls to vote for her.

Maybe President Trump is an evil genius convincing Blacks to vote for him because of lower unemployment, the lowest ever for African-Americans. And maybe the Donald is going to get Hispanics to vote for him because by halving illegal immigration? Less competition for jobs for Mexican-American citizens if millions of illegals aren't here. Wages are even rising.

Doesn't sound like smart policies if you are a racist party trying to keep minorities down.

Hmmm. It appears, ramage, that you have no credentials that would allow you to decide that a self-identified conservative is not that, or to speak for other conservatives. Additionally, describing the current administration as "conservative" suggests that you are unfamiliar with the meaning of the word.

Brandon,
Thank God I finished my coffee before reading you cutting riposte. I might have aspirated during my laughter. ( Oops, this thread is about S.E.Cupp, sorry about the reference to God.)
My credentials:
1. Power Ring from my cereal box
2. Honorary deputy badge from Andy of Mayberry, awarded by Barney Fife. Sheriff Taylor was busy blogging.
3. If that is insufficient I will be happy to provide more "credentials".
I should add, Brandon, that a self identified conservative has no more credence with me that a self identified male competing against biological women in a weight lifting contest.
Finally , I am familiar with this definition of conservatism:
"con·ser·va·tism (kən-sûr′və-tĭz′əm)
n.
1. The inclination, especially in politics, to maintain the existing or traditional order.
2. A political philosophy or attitude that emphasizes respect for traditional institutions and opposes the attempt to achieve social change though legislation or publicly funded programs.
3. Caution or moderation, as in behavior or outlook.

HomeAgain,
My Gosh, (see I remembered that Cupp is an atheist), an OPINION in a Courthouse thread; what a novel idea. There are those of us who have the ability to formulate their own opinions rather than spew out a reference, however specious, as an argument. My substantiated link is that above, i.e. my credentials provided to Brandon.

So your contention that S.E. Cupp is not a conservative rests on two weak reeds:

1. She works for CNN (this qualification was not referenced in your definition of "conservative")

2. She disagrees with the idiot king. Does the idiot king's administration meet your definition of conservatism?
