The Constitution is very clear on this point. If he is not re-elected, his presidency ends at noon on January 20, 2021. Should he refuse to leave the White House, he will be escorted from the premises by Secret Service. All government functions will be transferred to the new Commander in Chief.

What he does between November 3 and January 20th is another matter. I fully expect it to be a meltdown of epic proportions, but the military is not going to follow any un-Constitutional orders.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

Im sorry Home, but I have to ask, is this a real concern you have? Did you get some Information from some super good journalist that makes you believe Trump will lock himself in the WH and not leave if Biden wins? Are you serious?

I really don’t think you should lose any sleep over this literally impossible scenario. If someone told you this, I think that person has serious issues. If this is something you thought up, I’ll just end it here and wish you well.

For the record, my opinion is the Trump will win with a bigger margin than he did last time. With so many folks on the left talking crazy stuff like dismantling police departments during riots and a pandemic topped with economic mayhem, I believe that even some common sense liberals will vote for sanity, even if it means 4 more years of orange man.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Such an EXCELLENT example of not forward thinking....we were warned about the pandemic years ago and the king was INFORMED(via a pandemic handbook that was provided for him)when he took office...
he elected to IGNORE the warnings and the MOST RECENT EVIDENCE is his power grab for the
military...which FAILED...the king WANTS.no, NEEDS to maintain his maniacal grip on this nation.because
he MUST conquer and control the enemy(which is us, the American people)

The idea that Trump will refuse to give up the White House is partisan silliness. I have seen Republicans say the same thing about President Obama and Democrats concerned that "W" wouldn't leave. There is over 200 years of examples of peaceful transfers of power.
Although Amy Carter did leave a burnt cake in the oven because she was so upset her dad lost to Ronald Reagan.

Trump would easily move to retirement. He could golf whenever he wanted, would no longer have to sit through his daily briefing. He would be on Twitter bashing every mistake of the Biden administration. He might even start up a network where he could hold rallies to be adored.

And here I thought this was another Kathy Griffin, if he wins, I'll leave the country move.

Maybe the d-list celebrities will actually leave this time if President Trump wins again in November. After all, when has America ever been great to them? Right?

But what about the scenario you suggested (the subject of this thread), where is this thought coming from and how in the world would that play out? Trump says he won even if he didn't and then he has to be dragged out of the WH? Hillary didn't accept her loss, and Stacy Abrams still thinks she won... that's what crazy town looks like. I know you think Trump acts like a King but he really hasn't done anything king-like... Obama was much closer to that when he droned American citizens without a trial and bypassed congress to change immigration policy with the stroke of a pen. I just think you need more evidence before suggesting such an impossible scenario.
