The Abraham Accords

Israel, with US help, is establishing economic and diplomatic relations with Arab nations in the Middle East. This is a huge power shift for the region. As Iran has taken over Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine, they have scared many Sunni nations in the area. It looks like we might see an Sunni-Jewish alliance to fight off the Iranian theocrats and their terrorist allies.

The Obama administration had thrown in with the Iranians, returning money to them and sending pallets of cash to Iranian officials to grease the deal and hopefully keep the peace in Iraq and Syria. I do wonder what the Biden administration will do if they win in November. Repudiate these new alliances and suck up to Iran again? Or keep a low profile and see how the Abraham Accords work out?

First of all, former President Barack Obama didn’t give “150 billion in cash” to Iran.

The nuclear agreement included China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, so Obama didn’t carry out any part of it on his own. The deal did lift some sanctions, which lifted a freeze on Iran’s assets that were held largely in foreign, not U.S., banks. And, to be clear, the money that was unfrozen belonged to Iran. It had only been made inaccessible by sanctions aimed at crippling the country’s nuclear program.

THE FACTS: It’s the kind of deal that did not actually take place.

When Iran signed the multinational deal to restrain its nuclear development in return for being freed from sanctions, it regained access to its own assets, which had been frozen abroad. There was no $150 billion gift from the U.S. treasury or other countries. Iran was allowed to get its money back.

SHE is on par with CHRISTINA AMAPOUR....two WOMEN who have covered MANY officials,both foreign

I said "returning money to them". That is not a lie.
The pallets of cash sent was not a lie.
Secretary Kerry and President Obama chose to cut a deal with Iran, a global exporter of terrorism, pulled back sanctions for nuclear programs that didn't stop despite what Iran agreed to.
