That news that you are referring to was hard to find, 76 pages deep.
Migration during that pre Biden's policy announcement and actions was probably less of a concern than it is now.

WORKS for me, just checked...IMMINENT DOMAIN a real concern among landowners...that was what the article focused on, with LAWSUITS (it wasn't 76 pages deep, I think your provider is the problem, the article is

You are only showing one part of the border crisis with the domain concerns in Texas. Read up on Arizona where ranchers have lost control of their properties as new streams of illegals invade their private property, leaving trash, squatting in outbuildings, and stealing what they can.
