NPR too often consider anecdotes from their liberal friends to be newsworthy. Almost every minority group in America has faced discrimination, Jews, Italians, Hispanics, Asians were rounded up and put in concentration camps. Even German-Americans were tarred and feathered during WWI. does NOT mean it is a universal thing. There R OTHER stories within NPR, READ.LISTEN,LEARN.

And just because the worthless press focuses on all the bad stories, that does not mean the bad stories are a universal thing either.
