Queen Pelosi Refuses to 'Follow the Science

Actually, no. Not wearing a mask, whether vaccinated or not, increases the likelihood of spreading the virus. Republicans like to phrase the whole mask wearing scenario as a matter of freedom and making a choice about their own body & health, but in actuality, it's about the health of our society and fellow Americans.

When you wear a mask, you are protecting fellow human beings. It's as simple as that.

There's many other anomalies wear people take over the counter drugs and get very sick or die.. should we worry about those too? I swear the government is doing everything they can to control the population through fear, and too many people are buying the crap they are selling.

I don't live in FEAR......I was just making a correction to a statement.....YES, there is the possibility ,even tho vacced, that COVID can return.

The thing is, Rick, that I don't trust the general public to actually be honest about their vaccination status. Given all the resistance to the vax, many people will lie. I have anti-vax friends who are faking a vax card. I don't understand the resistance, but I know that there are many unvaccinated people who will lie and continue to spread the virus.

I will continue to wear a mask.

I understand that there will always be people who live in fear and don't want to remove their masks. What I don't understand is the dismissal of what the science is telling them. IF the vaccines are as effective as the CDC is saying, then vaccinated people should have nothing to fear when it comes to contracting Covid or spreading Covid.

If the science was telling us that vaccinated people are still at a measurable risk of contracting Covid or spreading Covid unless a mask is still worn, then I would agree with your position, but that's not what we are being told. If you have information that would contradict what I just said, please give me the link and I will be happy to read it with an open mind.

It is a choice.....SOME see the humanitarian necessity and SOME see it as control.....I personally,will not
go get a "booster" if that becomes an issue....I do not do flushots,I do not do colon checks,mammos,or
run to get the latest and greatest drug that is being advertised. A SHINGLES shot I believe is a good thing.

Dr. Fauci was saying last year at this time that wearing a mask increased people's touching of their face so it was actually helping to spread disease. There are going to be tradeoffs with any prevention methods. It really doesn't look like that big of difference in Covid-19 death rates between states that unmasked early like Texas and Florida and the more locked down states like Oregon.
