‘Not a healthy environment’: Kamala Harris’ office rife with dissent

In interviews, 22 current and former vice presidential aides, administration officials and associates of Harris and Biden described a tense and at times dour office atmosphere. Aides and allies said Flournoy, in an apparent effort to protect Harris, has instead created an insular environment where ideas are ignored or met with harsh dismissals and decisions are dragged out. Often, they said, she refuses to take responsibility for delicate issues and blames staffers for the negative results that ensue.

“People are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses and it’s an abusive environment,” said another person with direct knowledge of how Harris’ office is run. “It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated. It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like s---.”

Somehow I'm not surpised. Democrats during the primary didn't like her. She basically accused Biden of being a racist and a sexual predator, yet Biden had to pick her because she checked the identity boxes. I guess Biden should have picked the Native American LOL.

She is a perfect example of the Peter Principle except she should have never been a senator or district attorney either.

I never said I was against the people's will. But the electorate makes mistakes occasionally. Maybe why it is said, democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others. I suspect you would say the voters in Colorado's 3rd district made a huge mistake electing Lauren Boebert.

What do you think about the article? Do you think all those people are lying?

Doesn't anyone think it is IRONIC that the Trump white house had the SAME problems,and that everyone
was running around CYAing things said/actions being purposed. It is becoming amusing, this "unrest" is
just normal......another day at the "office".JMO

No but I do find it amusing that all road, ALL ROADS, lead to Trump.

I also note that if when you call out a republican it is 4 alarm but when it is a dem it is , ohwell everyone does it. IE nothing to see here, move along.

OTHERS may think it was a 4 alarm fire,but AFTER SO MUCH turmoil and tantrums from Trump, it became
mundane and expected. It was his M.O.....keep everyone off balance and confused. MY pov states,it is
the PRESENT state of everything....FUBARED...(the country is in labor, trying to delivery a NEW NATION)
