OMG - science evolves when new information becomes available. Fauci gave his opinion on the virus with the information he had at the time. Geez. That doesn't mean it's bull, it means analysis of the problem alters the response.
It's the same with climate change. I am so tired of deniers bringing up the arguments like "In 1970, a new ice age was predicted..." as a way to refute any new claim made by scientists.
