Bye Bye Cuomo

Talk about missing the big picture. The report detailing what Cuomo did came from the [liberal] NY Attorney General. The NY Democratic Congressional delegation called for him to resign. President Freaking Biden called for him to resign. The NYC Mayor (who hates his guts) called for him to resign.

The Democratic Party isn't tolerating his abuse of women (now that it's finally officially documented, sadly, this kind of shit is tolerated all the time behind closed doors by members of both parties); it's a shame that the Republican Party doesn't do the same when their members are credibly accused of abuse (not just "locker room talk" but actual assault) cough *Trump* cough *Gaetz* cough.

Making this an exercise in complaining about partisanship or crappy media misses the worst problem - that this happens to women and is excused and tolerated for far too long. #MeToo wouldn't have to be a movement if women were treated more respectfully. Those who make it a partisan problem or use it to air their pet complaints about the media (egregiously wrongly here in this instance) are part of the problem. Your words demonstrate that don't care about these women, you care about tearing down others with whom you disagree. It's disgusting.

JFK and Ted Kennedy would never survive in today's world, and that's a good thing. Change is slow, but it's continual, and maybe someday people will be judged on their character (and actions) rather than by the color of their skin, or their gender. Or political beliefs. Because constantly villainizing the opposite political party is just as awful.

A pass from the media? Cuomo is getting pummeled by all the media outlets, as he should be. I don't know why you keep throwing these absurd generalizations out "Dems get a pass from the media." AGAIN - this is not about politics - it's about predatory men and their misogynistic attitudes .

New York Democrats knew about his crimes against women before the election, but Cuomo was a good fund raiser and the media even thought he should run for President. Methinks you leftists are a little too gullible and naive. The media was also willing to ignore that Cuomo's policies with Covid-19 patients still has NY as one of the deadliest states in the pandemic. They knew and ignored his crimes because they needed his organization and skills.

So, you can't just say "Cuomo bad. Cuomo should go. Harassment no good." No, you have to make it political and try to make the media and democrats the scapegoat for "hiding his crimes." What Cuomo, Donald, O'Reilly, Clinton, and scores of other men have done - HARASSMENT - is to be condemned. Can you do that Fred, or are you so partisan that you have to continue to beat the political dead horse?

The problem has been present FOREVER,the casting couch STILL exists. Specifically for the inexperienced
younger female who is not savvy or is not assertive. Higher pay has been lost, better job positions tossed,
reputations have been ripped apart....THESES things have NOT changed for decades...I am almost 3/4
of a century old and the story NEVER deviates...men with POWER will always utilize that power to the best of their ability. They assume entitlement because of it.

It is never political if it casts a dem in a bad light. Remember Bret Cavanaugh.

If you say that is different because he was up for a lifetime appointment to the SC I will puke.

LOL, oh great, another Blasey Ford decades ago where it would be impossible to disprove or prove, conveniently. Come on Wayne, at some point you're going to have to let go of Trump and talk about what is happening in the current government. CNN and MSNBC are still devoting at least half their airtime to Trump related stories. They are losing their audiences... just sayin.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Yeah, ALL 26 women accusing Trump are lying and the Florida man who boasted about grabbing women without asking for permission is telling the truth.

Have you bought your $50 Trump Card yet?

, I realize that you need to inject President Trump into any and every thread. With regard to Cuomo are you defending what is is accused of by the AG of New York State by using the argument that others are alleged to have committed similar acts? Or do you simply find the behavior of Cuomo acceptable?

Only 14 people showed up at a pro-Cuomo rally today. They were outnumbered by the press who once thought he was a perfect candidate for president after killing thousands of NY seniors.
