No big deal other than a decrease in revenues to the organizations that provide the pill now. Since the advent of BCPs 50+ years ago they have been accessible to females that wanted them.

AHEM.....thru a Dr appt and a rx (correct me if i am in error)

Either a physician or nurse practitioner can prescribe BCP's. OTC (over the counter) means that a prescription is not necessary.
A telephone consultation is considered adequate.

I wonder if the FDA also exempted the OTC pill company of any liability?
