I am speechless.
The debt load of the U.S. is growing at a quicker clip in recent months, increasing about $1 trillion nearly every 100 days.

I don't know whether to take comfort in the thought that I will not be alive when the day of reckoning comes.

Unless you think you'll be dead in the next 10 years, I think you will be here for the collapse of our currency. Meanwhile the left wants to dump tens of trillions into the "green" energy joke that will make the collapse even faster.

Unfortunately Fred, I will, in all likelihood, be dead in the next ten years.

I'm sorry to hear that, ramage. I'm at a very high risk for more cancer (Lynch disease), but I'm also opening a new restaurant with my wife in our mountain community. I've lived a risky life since I was in my 20's and I'll just pretend like I'm still unkillable.

Good luck with your restaurant! Biden, Schumer, Trump, and Pelosi will not be here in ten years. But their spending will damage America for decades, might even put the nation in a death spiral.

$36.376 Trillion as of this posting. In March of 2024 it was $34.586 Trillion. www.usdebtclock.org/

Service of the debt is going to cost more than the entire Dept of Defense, more than Medicare, for fiscal 2025.
