I've read the report years ago, as you should have done too. Trump wasn't charged with anything because Trump didn't do what they said he did. It was a make up hoax to distract from Hillary's abuse of the classified documents she decided on her own that she could destroy.
Rather than me reading the whole thing again, how about you list the crimes Trump committed and the reason why he wasn't charged for those crimes. Simple.

Trump was not charged in the Meuller report. During congressional testimony, Meuller did state that Donny could be indicted after leaving office.
