Look at your source, Fred. It's the New York Post, a conservative rag. If I cared enough about the issue, I'd research it, but I don't. I doubt you care about it, either, you just read the headlines and think "ooo, I gotcha damn libruls."
The Post will often write sensational headlines for the easily duped.
