No, we will still have a representative government, since we democratically choose our representatives, senators, presidents, etc. to REPRESENT us.

The EC unfairly gives certain states the power to overrule the will of the popular electorate, thus giving us mistakes like Dubya and trump.

But then we both know that if the EC is gone, then republicans will never again hold the oval office.

Oh, and rick? Once again, only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections. As I've asked before, if you have evidence that immigrants are voting in federal elections, then post it.

It hasn't increased member numbers since the 1920's despite the population increasing to 330 million citizens. One congresscritter for every 40,000 instead of the current 400,000?

Rural Colorado counties could get their own congress person instead of sharing corrupt Peterson with suburban JeffCo.
