The only argument I have seen against Pam is that she was too soft on Jeffrey Epstein. 90% of prosecutors gave him a pass. And his passengers are still being protected years later.

Gaetz is still the Representative-elect of FL1 for the Congress that convenes on January 3, 2025. He might have a longer holiday break than the other members after resigning his seat in the current Congress, but are you sure he won't be holding onto his seat for the next one?
I am not sure actually. Maybe he serves the rest of his current term and then doesn't report for January 6th. Both stories I read seem vague about his quitting.

Oooooh . . . a special council to investigate the DOJ for politically motivated investigations and prosecutions led by one who feels he was the target of same. I don't see the next Senate objecting to it, but given the subject your costs are going to be monumental and consume a lot of court time to gain access to records and fight motions filed by lawyers who populate or are hired by those who populate the DOJ.
