True?

My choice is always Woodrow Wilson for setting civil rights back 60 years. Joe? Top 5 for worst since 1900.

I have bigger issues with Wilson than his civil rights record, but I agree he's either 1 or 2 on my worst in Union history . . . it's really a tossup between him and FDR for the top spot, but LBJ is right up there too.

So hard to rate Presidents. If they do what you want, do you give them a better rating?

If you are a Libertarian, do you give Calvin Coolidge because he didn't meddle and left after one term.

Ahhh, Silent Cal. Not really libertarian, more federalist. When he was governor of MA he supported hour and wage laws, worker representation on corporate boards, imposed price controls during WW I, opposed child labor, and was an advocate of factory safety laws. As president he advocated for no federal legislation on these issues because they were State, not federal, matters. Flood control was a private property and State responsibility, not a federal one. Would the disaster caused by Katrina have happened if LA and New Orleans were responsible for their own safety instead transferring to the federal government the responsibility to keep the Mississippi in its banks?

Of course, being a Republican, he was also a champion of civil rights for everyone regardless of skin color and, as Obama was recently heard to support, believed that tolerance of differing opinions was an American value. Like all Republicans, also a supporter of immigration, and immigrants, who think ethnic diversity strengthens national character when the intolerance of tribal prejudices are left behind in the old country when seeking a new, better, life here. Lower taxation and restrained federal spending result in a stronger economy, and a stronger middle class, which yields greater overall tax revenue for the treasury. These are all classical Republican positions and values.

Silent Cal gets a short straw generally speaking. Might not be someone highly remembered by most, but he shouldn’t be in the bottom half of anyone’s list. There’s a lot to support regardless of which side of the aisle you find yourself today.

While I think Biden is the most clueless and corrupt president we've ever had, I think Obama did the most lasting damage to our country. Obama was the first president to openly express his hatred for this country and how it was created. He went around the world apologizing to his fellow communists for all the bad history he believes we need to pay for. He was so good at putting our country down that he won a Nobel Peace Prize for it... then got us into a war. Then he masterfully reignited the race war, setting us back 50 years. Not only did he do a great job in dividing us by race, he also made sure to divide us by economic status. I believe Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter, and Antifa are all the result of the Obama presidency... all of which are destructive to our country. Obama promised to "fundamentally change America", which was starting to look like our reality, until Trump came along. Obama got his third term (indirectly through his brain dead puppet), but again, his vision of fundamentally changing the country was ended by Trump. I'd love to know what what he and his fellow commies/collectivists/progressives/socialists have planned for Trump this time. It was his corrupt FBI, DOJ, and CIA that attempted to take Trump out the first time, but those agencies are about to be cleaned out.

Obama is clearly the most popular leader of the Democrat party these days. However, I think Trump is making his voice a lot less relevant now that the public is finally seeing what these people are all about. I'm sure he won't give up his influence over the party, but he really should just STFU and go back to one of his mansions, and stay there.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Obama is quite popular with the current base of the Democrat Party, but seems like their old Blue Collar base has moved on.
