OH,I AM QUITE SURE that applies to both sides of the equation....just a little tip here.....THE FOURTH TURNING.is in play....(I personally think that after Ramage realized it was a real thing, he and family left the USA.....but then, maybe he just "transitioned" off this orb.....curious he no longer is prolific poster)
