I WOULD NOT SAY DECADES,BUT CERTAINLY IT IS BECOMING MORE COMMON.....I AM ALSO REFERRING TO MEDICAL HARDWARE...LIKE A PACEMAKER....MEDICAL HARDWARE IS A FAR DIFFERENT ANIMAL THAN A DRUG...U HAVE A PIECE OF METAL,SMALL OR LARGE AND IT IS IN YOUR BODY CAVITY...WITHOUT A REAL ASSESSMENT, IF IT IS EFFICIENT OR DEFECTIVE.....THAT, MY FRIEND, IS AN EXPERIMENT AND U R THE SUBJECT.
