If A Democrat Wins in 2028

First of all, the Democrats need a leader.... I don't see one yet, but lets say they find one that can actually win.

Question... what does that administrations agenda look like? Will they once again reverse everything Trump did?

Will they tear down the wall that will likely be built and invite the world here, again?
Will they undo the Trump tariffs and make trade unfair again?
Will the rehire all the federal workers who can't list 5 things they've done in a week?
Will more wars break out that we have to fund?
Will we go back to spreading woke ideology across the globe with taxpayer dollars?

What will be their campaign message and what will they do IF they get their power back?

I wish HA would chime in because I've got nothing.

Will the DNC even permit open primaries? They are very worried a radical like AOC would win and promise to give checks and housing to everyone.

They liked having a figurehead who didn't understand what was being done in his name.

On a related note, I believe AOC’s chief of staff is going to go against Pelosi in the primaries. As much as I despise that old boozer, she isn’t as insane as the young radicals that want to burn down the country.

I disagree. Pelosi is no longer radical enough. Do you think Pelosi gave the green light to open the border? How about the DEI nonsense? We know Biden didn’t sign most of his EO’s… do you really think Pelosi was cool with all the pardons? The energy in the party seems to be with the young loud women like AOC and that nutjob from Texas who likes to swear a lot (forgot her name)

The Republican Party should flush at least one of their weak “moderates” like Corbin, Graham, or Langford in order to send a message… we shall see if Republican voters in those states have figured out why the party always folds to the will of the Democrats on the big bills where we really need them.

Pelosi is getting a primary challenger, so we’ll see who’s right. The Dem party is collapsing and I really don’t see how those old corpses continue to be elected.

The question is, does she have the support? The most loyal base of the Democrat party is comprised of young single women... Pelosi gets the older dying group (no offense HA). The other major factor that must be considered is the media landscape. Legacy media is dying because they've lost all credibility, so alternate media is booming. I would guess that only a small percentage of young single women consume legacy media and more likely get news from an endless number of alternatives.

And then there's the fact that young people see what the boomers have done to the country... Nancy has been there forever so she's dripping in blame. I think Nancy will hang it up on her own because she's not the type to leave with a loss.

Pelosi is NOT the future of the Democrat party… not even the near future. She had many years of being a corrupt trader of stocks which she will get away with. If she was smart she would retire and spend some of her ill gotten gains before she’s rotting in the ground.
