The Republican Party can only get stronger if it can vote out the old worthless moderates that are always there to help Democrats when they need it.
John Cornin is going to get his ass handed to him by Ken Paxton, an actual conservative that possesses a set of balls. Once Cornin falls, it’s just a matter of time before others go down or figure out how to vote. Fear of losing power is our only hope in the long run. I’d love to see James Langford and Lyndsey Graham go down as well, just as a good start.

Tough work. If you insist every Republican candidate is a true blue conservative, you might become an eternal minority party, never winning another national election.

Thats the old thinking Fred. Conservatives have woken up to the fact that the dumbass moderates have done nothing to move the needle, they are worthless if they don’t stand up to the Democrats 100%. Democrats don’t bend to Republicans, they always lock shields in order to advance their sick revolution.
It’s not about being a “true blue conservative”, it’s about fighting as hard as the Democrats, against the Democrats. There is no grey area of compromise anymore… any Republican willing to compromise with immoral demons should be flushed as soon as possible.

Still disagree. In fact in Deep Blue Colorado, moderate Republican politicians should run as Democrats. Most Colorado voters are more moderate than the Democrat politicians in the legislature. Given a reasonable choice in the primaries and voters will choose to discard the radicals.

Fred, I don't understand why it would be a good thing for a person to act as something they are not in order to gain trust from the people. That deception is what has caused the problems we have now with politicians that we have put in charge.

Exactly right. We already had douchebag Ken Buck who fooled people into believing he was a Republican. How many actual conservatives would be able to fool Democrats?
ZERO, because even Democrats aren’t that stupid. Fred still thinks “moderates” are the answer, when in reality, they are responsible for weakening the Republican Party.

You honestly think a socially and fiscally conservative Republican can become the mayor of Aurora? We can't even get a fiscal conservative to win the congressional seat for South Park.
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
So your answer is to elect a Republican that votes with Democrats? You still have no idea why Trump keeps winning. I’d rather have Democrats wear the stain of their poor governance so that one day, like we saw in November, even dumbass Democrats will wake up to the damage their votes created. Long game… this short game moderate Republican bullshit will only prolong the awakening that will eventually happen with enough pain.
On that same note, if Trump is not allowed to implement the agenda THE PEOPLE VOTED FOR, the population will one day crave a leader much more anti- government than Trump… he’ll look like a puppy dog in comparison.

You are condemning the GOP to a regional party. Trump isn't a fiscal conservative. He isn't a social conservative. He has supported homosexual rights since the 70's. He also supports abortion rights.
Would Donny pass your litmus test for true Republicans?
Rand Paul and Thomas Massie don't support tariffs. Which type of Republican are you?
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
No Fred, I'm condemning the losers who always fold to Democrats. The tariff issue had to be addressed sooner or later if we want this country to survive. You also talk about Trump like he hasn't learned and evolved from his past views. If you don't think he's a fiscal conservative now, you're not paying attention. Social issues are at the very bottom of importance when your country is drowning in debt.
