IF THEY R 'NEUTRAL' OR BIASED AND LOYAL.....THEIR DECISION IS DEFINITIVE FOR FUTURE OF THIS NATION AND SETS A PRECEDENCE FOR FUTURE POTUS.

If memory serves me still, and I think that it does, the last president used his power to declare a national emergency, and governors of the several States used their power to declare emergencies in their respective State, to do a whole host of things within the economic realm.

This is precisely the situation the founders and framers sought to prevent, centralization of power in a national government, and the express mission statement of the "progressive" collectivist in our midst for nearly as long as there has been a federal government. Our future depends upon returning to a mindset where who is elected to be the governor of our State is a more consequential decision than who is elected to be the president of these United States. The federal government is supposed to be one of limited, not virtually limitless, powers and the only way we successfully limit federal powers is to have a SCOTUS that is loyal to the federal charter, not an ideology. We haven't had one of those since the days before FDR was elected, but we're closer now than we have been since that happened.

If you give the government more power and money in order to handle new "crises", government and the press will "create" more of them. They are trying to create Covid II right now.
