And please note that not all Funding is a % Loss as indicated by COLUMN 3. Make sure you read the numbers. Column 2 reads "LOCAL LOSS PER STUDENT" and Column 4 reads "LOCAL PER FUNDING AFTER PASSAGE", there isn't always a LOSS as indicated in Column 3 "LOCAL % LOSS PER PUPIL".
