Why we need to expand the House of Representatives. We have stayed at 400 plus Representatives despite the population increasing tenfold.
Need a minimum of 1,000 Representatives, add one hundred every ten years. And build a new House of Representatives to hold the new members. Too many rural voters have lost all say in government.

We need to expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court too . . . there should be one justice for every appellate district and the Supreme Court should consist of one justice from each of those districts rather than have all, or nearly all, of them coming from the same educational institutions and the same appellate courts.
With regard to representatives per population count, the Constitution set it at 1 per 30,000 with a minimum of 1 from any State. There were roughly 3 million citizens at the time, today there are 300 million. Maybe we should just multiply 30,000 by 100 (1 per 3 million) to arrive at the number of representatives in the federal legislature . . . j/k

Disagree. A 10,000 person community is easier to represent than a 258,000 person district often stretching from one end of the state to another.
New twist! President Trump wants to count only US citizens for apportionment of congressional seats. If the courts give him thus, expect California to lose ten congressional seats! That is huge. Equivalent to the representation of states in the northern Rockies!

This should have happened decades ago, but we’ve had a very weak Republican party for decades so it makes sense that nothing was done about it. I’ve never heard a good argument as to why foreigners who’ve broken our border laws should get representation of any kind.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
Our bloated government isn't very good at 3rd grade math. It can't accurately count jobs numbers or citizens, yet we are expected to trust them to count votes. If there was accurate representation, the Democrats would never control the House or the Senate.
