You fail to understand what the people want, which is to feel safe in their cities. You also fail to acknowledge how the Democrats weaponized the DOJ, FBI, and CIA in order to take out their political opponents. IF[b/] Trump is drifting outside the rules, he’s doing it to make cities safer, while the Democrats did it in order to keep their power.homeagain wrote: The military isn’t supposed to be used for day-to-day law enforcement
Using active-duty troops on U.S. soil is supposed to be rare. There’s a federal law — the Posse Comitatus Act — that restricts when the president can use the military for domestic law enforcement. “It says no use of the military in civilian spheres unless absolutely urgent,” Wehle told me in June. “Protests do not count.”
The National Guard typically helps in emergencies to support federal agencies and local police, like guarding federal facilities or guiding traffic.
“It’s historically been used when law enforcement are completely overwhelmed and have requested it,” Ariela Rosenberg, a national security expert with Protect Democracy, explained to me in June when Trump sent troops into Los Angeles. PER WAPO
IF U R ''PRESENT'' U WOULD SEE THIS FOR WHAT IT IS.....A TEST RUN TO TOTAL RULE....WAKE UP....IT IS ILLEGAL AND THE LAW SAYS SO

Riots do count . . . as does persistent lawlessness which local or State action has failed to subdue. And certainly the enforcement of federal laws to locate and remove millions of criminal aliens falls under that designation.homeagain wrote: The military isn’t supposed to be used for day-to-day law enforcement

Instead of holding criminal aliens that are arrested for, oh, I don't know, domestic battery, armed robbery, assaults, DUI, expired visas, and other offenses on a very long list, for Immigration to process and remove they turn them loose back into the society to do more harm.
Since the federal government is left to do the task alone, they are out in the community looking for these folks, and come across other immigration violations along the way, which they then have to take into custody, process, and remove because they are law enforcement officers, they can't just ignore a violation of immigration law. That means the officers out in the field are going to find, and take into custody, aliens whose violation is limited to crossing the border illegally and identity fraud to obtain a SS Number for employment purposes, or even just coming across the border as a child with their parents in search of a better life.
FIRST BOLDED...THERE IS A REASON,THE PRISONS R OVERCROWDED, JUST LIKE HOSPITALS THAT RELEASE ILL FUNCTIONING MENTAL PATIENTS OUT ONTO THE STREETS,LITERALLY IN THEIR NITE CLOTHES....DEFICIT IN SPACE, AVAILABLE FUNDING AND MANPOWER.
SECOND BOLDED...U MAY LIKE TO THINK THAT IS WHAT IS OCCURRING,BUT IF U DO A DEEP DIVE U SEE THE OPPOSITE.......A WIDE NET IS BEING UTILIZED AND THE SYSTEM THEN DUMPS THEM INTO ANOTHER COUNTRY THAT IS NOT EVEN THEIR ORIGINAL RESIDENCE.
