THERE R OTHER ENTITIES INVOLVED,OUTSIDE OF THE GOV.,THAT HAVE TO SUPPLY VERIFIED INFO AND THAT TAKES TIME....ONCE THAT INFO IS ACQUIRED.....PERSONNEL HAVE TO COMPILE ALL THE PROOF THAT THE DECEASED IS IN FACT DEAD AND THEN THE PAYMENTS CEASE....CAN U NOT SEE THE BACKLOG , THE PROBLEM SHOULD BE CRYSTAL CLEAR......DOWN SIZING DEPTS.
