President Trump takes a loss. Now he will have to negotiate with the House on new tariffs. Might make the process more orderly.

Looks like The Supreme Court does still think for themselves.

The GOP House also stopped new Trump tariffs on Canada.

Negotiate with the House? Like that’s going to happen. Too many of those losers want Trump to fail and for the economy to fail. Trump has other ways to do it and I’m sure those other paths are being worked on as we speak. It’s amazing how the Democrats ;and HA) get so excited when the progress is slowed down. Anti-American is the best description.

Trump is disputing their judgement. Who will win?

It does seem like the President should have the ability to use tariffs as a tool of foreign policy relations. For example, adding a tariff of 100% on Beijing if they invade Taiwan.

Or when Iraq invaded Kuwait and sanctions were created to punish Baghdad.

it;s my understanding he circumvented the legal process to establish the tariffs...therefore the SCOTUS
denied his ILLEGAL actions, not following the "rules"....as always.

it’s my understanding that he can still us tariffs, he just has to do them individually and it will take longer. You are obviously happy with the unfair tariffs that none of your party cares about, I feel just the opposite because I want manufacturing to come back and I want the deficit to be reduced.

I believe that you would rather see this country go downhill as opposed to the country getting stronger, just because you hate Trump so much. That’s pretty sad, but understandable since you’re on your way out and have no children to worry about.

Warning: previous administrations have chosen to ignore Supreme Court rulings. Will Trump do the same?

YOUR ANALYSIS OF TRUMP'S FINANCIAL GAME PLAN FOR THE COUNTRY IS LACKING IN ONE FACTOR....IT IS NOT WORKING AS HE STATED IT WOULD...LOOK AT Q1's STATS....AND THE OTHER FACTOR IS HIS BFF BILLIONAIRE'S GROUPIES R NOT GOING TO RECEIVE THE PROMISED $$$ HE STOLE FROM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE....WE R PAYING THE TARIFFS, SO YOUR STATEMENT DOES NOT HOLD WATER...IT IS A SIEVE THAT IS DRAINING THE MIDDLE/LOWER CLASS....HE CAN TRY TO DO A WORK AROUND,BUT THERE R LIMITATIONS TO THOSE ALSO...I FIND IT AMUSING HE THOUGHT THE SCOTUS WAS IN HIS BACK POCKET...OH, THE TEMPER TANTRUM WAS GLORIOUS......A BRAT KID BAWLING AND KICKING BECAUSE HE WAS TOLD NO....AS FOR MY "DEPARTURE"....THERE WILL BE MANY OTHER COMPLICATIONS FOR
TRUMP...IT IS A FIREHORSE YEAR AND THAT DOES NOT BOLD WELL FOR THOSE WHO R IN DENIAL ABOUT THEIR PLACE IN THE WORLD.....(KING OF ALL THINGS).....AS i HAVE STATED MANY TIMES ....WAIT AND WATCH.....THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE MOMENTS,BUT U THOUGHT I WAS BLOWING SMOKE.... i WILL LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER POTUS, MY TIME IS SHORT, BUT NOT THAT SHORT.
