Wow. Stoners get to keep their guns.
Time to create new 4473's.

Nice present for the 250th anniversary of America and freedom.

Blew my top when I found out it was a 9-0 decision.

Does this mean Colorado's draconian gun laws are also in danger?

Who’s more likely to shoot someone, a drunk or a stoner? I know plenty of both and I say it’s the drunk.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I agree, but if u r pleasantly high, your faculties r impaired and an accidental mis judging of if the gun is
on safety is a probability.....and yes, i have been high (many, many moons have pasted)...

My uncle was a prison chaplain and he saw that the majority of those in prison were there because of alcohol and not drugs. Alcohol makes people do stupid stuff.
I was surprised when he said that.

As someone with 11 years of bartending experience, I’ve known this for decades.

You’re making the assumption that there’s a significant number of stoners who carry weapons. I also disagree that facilities are impaired when someone is high on THC. I become very focused on tasks and often come up with some of my best ideas when smoking weed. I’m sure it affects other people differently.
