Well, I did follow the links and most all the reports came from a conservative web site humanevents.com. After going about 4 deep in links, I did find a link to the department of labor. But that link no longer works.
So despite the articles using the claim of the government "seizing" or "distributing" 401k's, I can't yet find any evidence to support such claims, and the same claims made 2 years ago about the same proposals were pure bunk.
So if anyone can give us the name of a proposed law to "seize" our 401k's, or so any such serious discussion, this is just politics as usual with no real basis to it.
