I just looked at all the races again and the R's have about 40-44 locked up. There are about 40 others that are toss us and only 2 of them are currently R's. So I think the Dems will lose at least 15 of those with Democratic voter apathy. So I am uping mine from 52 to 58.

Cook came out today and predicted at least 60. And he is normally pretty accurate in his predictions. And there are a few saying closer to 70 now.

41-45. People dislike Pelosi, but like their local congressman (generally).

That along with a total failure for 4 years and an approval rating around 20%, California gets what they deserve because it looks like they are voting her back in, in that house race. How stupid is that district? Give them their own state and let them fail alone.

This is why I said earlier today there is only one solution for these people. The politician and those who vote for them.

I bet they get a majority. Enough to override any Presidential veto.
