didn't get a vote in this one but keep up with jeffco commissioners - mostly when the canyon courier sues them for violating sunshine laws. good to see her go!

Rosier seems pretty pro-development.

You all don't get to b!tch when he votes for allowing someone to pave your favorite meadow.

i don't get to vote any way but my aunt does. hartman started out decent, keeping in touch with constituents initially but then sold her soul to the highest bidder. i am glad to see her gone.

time to get someone else who hopefully will be more in tune with their constituents and do what is best for the county.

Everyone can feel comforted when that happens by telling themselves "It wasn't Hartman, It wasn't Hartman, It wasn't..."

Depends on who owns the theoretical meadow. With all the empty buildings up here, growth may involve getting them occupied.

The silent majority will be silent no more.

Growth is not a developer's goal.

Developing is.

One of Rosier's stated goals is to make it easier to rezone land.

You don't normally have to rezone to fill one of the empty buildings.

Wouldn't rezoning also encourage property sales in a slow economy? Where is this meadow thats threatened?
